Are you looking to complete court-ordered community service?
All community service volunteers are required to submit a court-ordered community service volunteer application and be approved before signing up for volunteer positions.


Volunteers needed for
National History Day Research Rendezvous Mentors, Thursday, Dec. 5 from 3:30 – 7:30 p.m

National History Day

Volunteers work one-on-one with middle- and high-school students in 30-minute sessions to help them research their National History Day topics. Qualified volunteers must have skills in conducting historical research (retired or active librarians, professional researchers, teachers, faculty members, historians, archivists, museum curators, University students with a History major/research focus).

Support coding and computer literacy in your local community!

CSED weekVolunteers are needed to help with all aspects of the event – from technical troubleshooting, set up and take down, social media and photography. Whether you are a coding guru or have never touched a computer, we would love to have you on our volunteer team!

Two ways to sign up to volunteer (log-in required):
CodeFest and Capstone presentations on Saturday, Dec. 7
• And/or: Weekday programs from Dec. 3-5

What is Computer Science Education (CSED) week?
Boulder CSED Week invites learners of all ages to consider code and create with it! All of Boulder CSED Week’s programs are free and open to the public. Programs are hosted by local experts, educators, and makers. 

  • All volunteers must be comfortable with children and parents in an unstructured environment
  • Age requirements vary by volunteer role. Teens age 13+ can volunteer for Logistics/Greeter roles; teens age 15+ can volunteer for social media/photography/blogging. Other roles require volunteers to be 18+.
