Help make the kickoff event for One Book, One Boulder 2023 a success! The kickoff event is a film screening of Mission: JOY, a deeply moving and laugh-out-loud funny journey with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu as they share science-backed wisdom of how to live with joy in troubled times. Three volunteers are needed to serve as greeters, help with check in, event set up and breakdown support. Skills needed: Ability to lift chairs and set up/break down the seating. Welcoming and friendly attitude, comfortable talking to members of the public. Ability to stand and walk. Minimum age to volunteer: 13 years old. Adults and teens encouraged to volunteer.
