Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Jaipur Literature Festival! We are excited to have you on our volunteer team for this spectacular event. All volunteers are required to attend ONE training session. Training will be conducted at the Boulder Public Main Library OR online via Zoom. Please sign up to attend ONE of these sessions. Minimum age to participate is 15 years old. Volunteers under 18 must have a Risk and Release form signed by their parent or guardian. Training session options: - Thursday, September 8 from 4:30pm - 6pm - IN PERSON - Any volunteers EXCEPT production - Friday, September 9 from 10:30am - 12noon - ONLINE - Any volunteers EXCEPT production and registration - Tuesday September 13 from 12noon - 1:30pm - IN-PERSON - Any volunteers EXCEPT communication - Wednesday September 14 from 4:00pm - 5:30pm - ONLINE - Any volunteers EXCEPT communication and registration - Thursday September 15 from 5pm - 6:30pm - IN PERSON - Any volunteers EXCEPT communication and production Note: No training is required if you are only volunteering in the pre-festival/event preparations phase.
Volunteers Registered: 94 (126 available)- IN-PERSON trainings will take place at the Main Library (email will be sent with specific room) - ONLINE trainings will take place on Zoom (link will be emailed out to registrants prior to training time) - Minimum age to participate is 15 years old.
