Project Description: Volunteers can choose between two volunteer project opportunities - helping remove invasive teasel from the natural area surrounding the Boulder Reservoir or helping with landscaping maintenance tasks at the Boulder Reservoir. Where to Park and Meet: All volunteers should come to the main parking area for the Boulder Reservoir where they will be directed to the parking location for their volunteer assignment. Volunteers for the invasive species project will park on the West side of the lot and volunteers for the Reservoir projects will be parking on the East side of the parking lot. What to wear: As you know, Colorado weather can vary greatly throughout the day so please dress in layers - we will be working outside all day with no access to indoor space. For your safety, please wear close-toed shoes to this volunteer project. This project will be outdoors doing landscaping, so long sleeves and long pants are recommended.
