Wellness & Wonder - All Ages

Join David Ford, from OSMP, and Amanda Wroblewski, from Boulder Community Health to learn about the value of local nature from a healthcare perspective, and experience how these lands and inhabitants help give your immune system and overall happiness a well deserved boost. On this 2.8mi 550ft elevation gain easy/moderate hike, we’ll blend social connection, nature immersion, and the science behind wellness in nature. Please bring layers appropriate for the weather, snacks, and 1L of water. Come experience one of the many reasons US News and World Report recently voted Boulder as the #1 place to live in the US for quality of life. Due to the Covid-19 virus, we are stressing safety protocols for all hike participants. Group sizes will be limited, and you must register beforehand to attend. Participants will also need to complete a brief online training slide show (see below) before registration is allowed. The slide show explains our expectations for social distancing, facial coverings and other important measures to keep you and other participants safe. If you have not yet taken the required “OSMP COVID-19 Safety Protocol for Programs," you will be automatically directed to take that course when you log in to register. Click “Start” to go to the course page and scroll down to click “Start” again to begin the course. It should take about 5 minutes to complete. When you’ve read and clicked through ALL of the course pages using the “Next” button, you will be brought back to the general “Courses” page. Return to this registration web page, and click the Registration link and click “Register” again to be added to the roster.
