Join us to learn some of the restorative practices of Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese art of immersing yourself in the atmosphere of a forest. We’ll take a moment to unplug, relax, and connect with the land, trees, and ecosystems of OSMP to heal and add value to our lives. Please bring layers appropriate for the weather and 1L of water. Meet at the Lehigh Street entrance to Shanahan Ridge (map search 1903 Lehigh in Boulder, where Lehigh and Lafayette Streets intersect).
