The Anemone Loop Trail is OSMP’s newest trail and provides unique views of the Boulder area. Now is your chance to experience the trail through a guided OSMP hike! Join OSMP Recreation Coordinator, Dakota Anderson, on this moderately strenuous (4 miles, 750ft elevation gain) hike through the foothills just west of downtown. Dakota will also introduce you to OSMP’s Trail Challenge. BE PREPARED: Expect sections of steep, uneven, and rocky terrain. Please bring layers appropriate for the weather, at least 1L of water, and proper hiking footwear. This time of year there is often snow and ice on the trails. Metal traction devices (ex: Yaktrax, microspikes) may be needed. OSMP will have extras on hand. Parking may be limited, please be sure to arrive early or carpool if available.
