Explore basic botanical illustration with volunteer naturalist Linda Gerstle. No experience necessary. We’ll begin by learning more about the trees found in our Open Space lands. Then, starting with pencil drawings, you’ll create depictions of trees and develop a composition. Using micron pens and watercolor paint you’ll complete a bright and cheerful illustration, as you also develop a deeper understanding of trees. Please bring an unlined journal or sketchbook, if you can. All other materials will be provided. This indoor program will be held at the East Age Well Center (5660 E Sioux Dr. - in E. Boulder Recreation Center)
