Learn to look closely at the natural world and learn basic techniques of outdoor field sketching. Hiking distance is 1/2 mile total. Basic materials are provided. Participants may also bring optional materials of a small sketchbook, pencils, colored pencils, small watercolor set, or a sit pad/lightweight seat. Please bring sun hat, sun protection, water, and a snack. Parking and access to the Bobolink Trail on at the east end of the Age Well Center parking lot.

I am a volunteer naturalist and have been guiding groups of children and adults since 2019. I also enjoy teaching botanical illustration as a volunteer. In addition I volunteer for Blue Sky Bridge on the education team. I was a teacher for 30 years prior to my volunteer work.
