Join OSMP Volunteer Naturalist Bev for three hours of connection with nature, yourself, and other participants (AKA Forest Bathing). This event will not be an information-filled hike, rather the group will playfully focus on just being in nature using all our senses through a variety of invitations. The time will include a short hike in the beginning and end to move away from trailhead traffic. Physical exertion will be minimal. Hike Details: Wear shoes suitable for walking a short distance off-trail where we may encounter cactus, uneven terrain, and animal holes. Bring water and snacks, appropriate clothing for weather conditions, sun protection, insect repellant, and a sit-upon. Total trail walking distance will be about 1 mile.
Minimum Participants: 5By clicking "sign up" you will receive a reminder and updates about this program.
