Seize the daylight! Join Naturalist Kelly in celebrating the winter solstice on a gentle, introduction to forest bathing hike from McClintock Lower to the Enchanted Mesa Trail. You are invited to forge a deeper connection with nature to support your health and wellness, and learn about some of the restorative practices of forest bathing. There will be opportunities to connect to your senses and ground yourself amidst the life of the forest. Meet at the Enchanted Mesa Trailhead behind the Chautauqua Auditorium. Please bring layers of warm clothing, shoes, traction devices, water and snacks.

Hi there, my name is Kelly Kirk and I am a naturalist and a Certified Interpretive Guide through the National Association for Interpretation. My background is in environmental science, community outreach, and volunteer coordination. I enjoy hiking, taking our cunucu to the dog park, and spending time amongst wildflowers. Nature has so much to teach us, and I am l looking forward to learning together in our beautiful natural system. Currently working on the OSMP trails challenge!
