Nature for Kids & Parents: Black Bear's Autumn Suddenly, summer passes into autumn, the days shorten, the temperature drops. There will be plenty of time to rest later......Take a hike through bear country with Debora Martin/Early Childhood Educator/Volunteer Naturalist and discover what the male and females must do before they den up! Meet at the Shanahan Ridge trail access point at 1903 Lehigh St, where Lehigh intersects with Lafayette. Parking is available along the street, and the area is also served by the southbound SKIP bus. Ages 6 and up.
