Learn how to help adult patrons with questions about digital library services, basic functions of smartphones, tablets, and computers, the Internet, common software applications and social media platforms. 5-6 p.m.: Training for Drop-in Tech 6-7 p.m.: Shadow training during Drop-In Tech Help shift Note: Timing for this training is flexible. Other times can be scheduled as needed to accommodate your schedule. If you haven't already done so, please fill out the Drop-in Tech Help Coach volunteer application (see link below).
