August 23th will feature music from Ron Artis II and the Truth and Ben Hunter & Joe Seamons. Three Volunteer Positions are available; Anyone who is not Tip Certified or a Tree Tender should sign up as a General Event Ambassador. Ambassador tasks may include; Info Table Volunteers - Welcome community members to the event, answer questions anyone may have in regards to the event, and help sell Duck Race tickets. Zero Waste Goalie - Educate community members on zero waste procedures regarding trash at the event. Help ensure a clean space during the concert. Play Zone Ambassador - Guide kids and adult recreational activities throughout the concert. Tree Trust Activity Table - Lead activities designed to help teach the community about the Emerald Ash Borer. Beer Tent Volunteers - Help check IDs and manage the line. (Note: Youth ages 12 and up are welcome to volunteer, however all beer tent volunteers must be 18+ years of age.) Please pick up your Parking Pass and Food Voucher from the front desk at our Iris Center City of Boulder Offices (3198 Broadway - this is the tan building just North of the North Boulder Recreation Center and shares the lot with the recreation center) between noon on Wednesday, August 21 and 4PM on Friday, August 23. This will ensure you are able to park in the parking lot near the City of Boulder Municipal Building (1777 Broadway). This parking lot will be closed to the rest of the public, but open for volunteers and those involved with the event. This is the same parking lot as the northern part of the main public library off of Canyon. Please note: if you do not have an opportunity to pick up your vouchers we will have them available at the event. Once you arrive at the event, please meet Margo at the beer tent in the Civic Green just South of the parking lot.
