Activity description: We're looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic about space and the eclipse to assist at our Solar Eclipse Viewing Party! Help with setup and cleanup. Warmly greet participants and interact with participants of all ages. Assist with running different stations (crafts, snacks, outdoor viewing, eclipse glasses station, etc.). Manage crowd flow. Skills or experience required: Comfortable interacting and engaging with the public. Knowledge/interest in space/science a plus! Minimum age to volunteer: 13 years old. Required training: Prior to the event, we will email volunteers and ask them to read a few materials about safely viewing the eclipse.
