Help at the author talk with Douglas Abrams, co-author of "The Book of Joy" for One Boulder, One Book. This event will take place in the Canyon Theater at the Main Library. This event is part of the One Book, One Boulder program. -Four volunteers needed from 5:30-7:30 p.m to assist with event set up, greeting attendees, and helping with Q&A microphone. -Four volunteers needed from 7:30-9:30 p.m to assist with greeting attendees, helping with Q&A microphone, and event clean up. Skills needed: Ability to lift and bend, basic dexterity. Welcoming and friendly attitude, comfortable talking to members of the public. Ability to stand and walk. NOTE: Seating may not be available; must feel comfortable standing for 2 hour shift if necessary. Minimum age to volunteer: 13 years old. Adults and teens encouraged to volunteer.
