BTAB - Applications for all Libraries

Get involved in your community by becoming a member of the Boulder Teen Advisory Board! Earn volunteer service hours while helping the library meet the needs of teens in the community. For teens in grades 6-12. BTAB meets monthly at the following locations. Members may attend more than one meetup if they choose:

  • Main - First Wednesday of the month, 4:30-5:30 p.m. (hybrid, offered online and in-person)
  • Reynolds - Second Wednesday of the month, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (in-person)
  • Meadows - Third Thursday of the month, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (in-person)

Additional opportunity as a BTAB member: Book Reviews - Write reviews on books you recommend for an opportunity to earn extra volunteer hours. Reviews featured on the library’s Reading Room webpage and Teen/Tween webpage.

Time Commitment:

BTAB members must attend at least 1 meetup per month, and at least 1 teen event per semester. Members will receive 1-hour of volunteer service for each meetup they attend and may attend more than one meeting per month at different locations.

If members choose to write book reviews, 1 service hour is awarded for each approved review.
