Please review these descriptions for the Volunteer positions and sign up to Volunteer. All Volunteers must submit a JLF volunteer application and attend required training (see links below). WORKSHOP AND CHILDREN'S PROGRAM HELPERS - Workshop and Children’s Program Helpers assist with set up and take down. You will ensure sessions run smoothly by helping participants find seating, registering guests if needed, and keeping emergency access aisles clear. You will monitor the door and inform people if the session has reached capacity. Between sessions, you manage room clean up and preparation. COORDINATOR OF COMMUNITY READINGS/WORKSHOPS - Coordinator of Community Readings will act as Master of Ceremonies for Workshops and Community Reading sessions. You will coordinate and introduce the readers during their shifts (utilizing the programming and introductions written by staff), keep time, and manage audience questions and answers. Volunteer must be 18 or older.
