Join naturalist Vangi Fortuna to learn the restorative practice of Shinrin Yoku - the Japanese art of forest bathing - and explore the woods of Boulder. Let's enjoy a morning of relaxation as we connect with the forest and ourselves building community. Please bring 1L of water and layers appropriate for the weather. Closed toed shoes and pants recommended as we may be walking over cacti and through brush. Meet at the Shanahan Ridge Trail Access, at the intersection of Lehigh and Lafayette streets right by a SKIP bus stop. Public transportation and biking encouraged.
