One night only! First available clear sky night either October 1st OR 2nd from 8:15 p.m. - 10 p.m. The rings and moons of Saturn through a telescope: guaranteed to blow you away! Spend a clear night exploring the planet Saturn as well as other deep-sky jewels. Naturalist Dave Sutherland welcomes first timers and repeat pilgrims who wish to glimpse the rings once again. NOTE: Make sure to check your email before the event as the program will be postponed if there is 50% cloud cover or more at the starting time. Meeting location: Flagg Park, 12390 Flagg Dr, Lafayette - a google maps link will be provided upon registration.

CancelDave is an award-winning field naturalist and interpreter who served 24 years with Boulder's Open Space and Mountain Parks, retiring in 2020. He still leads nature hikes on birds, bugs, rocks, flowers, gardening with native plants, stars, local history and much more. Dave has guided education programs in Idaho, California, Costa Rica and the Galapagos Islands. He is a natural science geek who uses games and activities to inspire others with his love of nature.
