Just days away from the winter equinox, the Cold Moon provides us with the opportunity to extend our exploration on one of the shortest days of the year. Join OSMP’s Recreation Coordinator, Dakota Anderson, as we use the guiding light of the full moon to explore Boulder Valley Ranch and the unique agricultural history of OSMP. This hike is a moderate 2.75 miles with ~200ft of elevation gain. Meet at Boulder Valley Ranch Trailhead. This time of year brings unpredictable weather, please bring layers appropriate for the weather, at least 1L of water, and proper hiking footwear. Metal traction devices may be needed, OSMP will have extras to borrow.
