Join OSMP’s Recreation Coordinator to learn the restorative practice of Shinrin Yoku– the Japanese art of forest bathing, and enjoy the woods of Boulder. We’ll take a moment to unplug, relax, and connect with the land, trees and ecosystems of OSMP. Please bring layers appropriate for the weather and 1L of water. Meet at the Lehigh Street entrance to Shanahan Ridge (map search 1903 Lehigh in Boulder, where Lehigh and Lafayette Streets intersect). Parking is available along the street, and it’s also served by the southbound SKIP bus.
