Rodents are found from urban cities in the foothills to remote alpine burrows. Join naturalist Kelly to explore the quirky characteristics of these small mammals, and how they are adapted to live in different ecosystems! This family-focused hike is part of the nature explorers series, connecting families with elementary aged children to nature through activities, exploration, and education. Please bring water, dress for the weather, and wear appropriate footwear. We will be hiking along the South Boulder Creek Trail off Marshall Rd. Parking is limited so carpooling and arriving early is recommended.
