Wear your animal hat (or animal pajamas) to celebrate the animals of Open Space. Don’t have an animal hat? We have paper ears, horns or antlers to tape on your hat or wear on your head. We’ll begin with picture books starring bats, baby bears, and a frog or two, then head off for a 30-minute kid-friendly walk. Consider arriving early since parking can be tight. Snacks, water, warm clothes, and shoes with traction are encouraged. 10 a.m. Storytime, 10:30 a.m. Kid-Friendly Hike.
