OSMP invites you to forge a deeper connection to nature to support your wellness and health. Join Naturalist Sarah Hosey for a sensory experience along the Shanahan trail, incorporating some restorative practices of Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese art of Forest Bathing. This is a chance to ground yourself amidst the life of the forest, relax, enjoy the woods of Boulder, and connect with the land. We’ll explore how a reciprocal relationship with nature can enhance our lives. Bring appropriate clothing and water for this gentle hike.
