Join OSMP outreach coordinator Vangi Fortuna and yoga instructor Maddie Tyo for a program combining Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese art of Forest Bathing, with an all levels Vinyasa Yoga session. Let's take a moment to relax and connect with the land, trees and soundscapes of this unique location to heal and add value to our lives. Please bring your own yoga mat, water, layers appropriate for the weather and a snack if you'd like. Meet at the Sunrise Amphitheater on Flagstaff Mountain, just a 15 minute drive from the Chautauqua Trailhead.
